Susan and Vince Visger, Janesville, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a party on Saturday, Aug. 11. The party, hosted by the couple's children, will be held from 5 p.m. until midnight at the Bass Creek Golf Course Banquet Room with a DJ at 8 p.m. for dancing.
Susan Schwartzlow and Vince Visger were married Aug. 11, 1962 in Brodhead Congregational Church. Vince Visger retired April 1, 2002 after 40 years at the General Motors Plant, Janesville.
Their family includes Elicia and Thomas Cormican, Footville, and Eric and Julie Visger, Janesville. Their family also includes Daniel and Kate Maresch, Monroe, and her four children. They have seven grandchildren, plus three, and two great-grandsons.
