MONROE - Cecil Jones VFW Post 2312 and Auxiliary are sponsoring scholarships for secondary schools. All applications for this year must be postmarked by March 31.
Applicants must be a member or a child, grandchild or great-grandchild of a current member of Cecil Jones VFW Post 2312, its auxiliary, the Military Order of the Cootie Pup Tent 14 and/or its auxiliary.
