KANSAS CITY, Mo. - VFW Post 2312 in Monroe will celebrate its 75 years of serving the needs of local veterans and their families on Monday, April 28. The Diamond Anniversary Award Citation will be presented to the Post in recognition of 75 years of service to the community.
