BRODHEAD — The Brodhead Veterinary Medical Center will hold an open house for the community from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, W1175 Wisconsin 11 and 81, Brodhead. 

Demonstrations from the Green County Sheriff’s K-9 unit will be on hand at 2 p.m.; the Minnesota/Wisconsin K-9 Search and Rescue will be there at 3 p.m.; and an Under Water Treadmill will be available at 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. 

Ice cream, door prizes and giveaways will also be available. There will also be hospital tours and a children’s scavenger hunt. Pets should be left at home for this event.
