APPLE RIVER - Kathy and Andy Chinouth, of Bittersweet Yoga, Lena, will lead two weekly Hatha Yoga classes at the Apple Canyon Lake Clubhouse, 14A157 Canyon Club Drive, on Mondays at 10 a.m. and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. Beginning and intermediate yoga are taught in the same class.
Classes are open to the public and cost $6 per class. A 10-class punch card may be purchased at the Association office from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Call (815) 492-2769 for more information.
