MONROE — Following Dale Hoesly’s retiring, Main Street Monroe announced that Dave Bailey and Josh Ganshert are the new owners of Century Ecowater Systems.

Dave is an Albany native who began his plumbing apprenticeship in 2002. From installing and servicing water purification systems to managing salt deliveries across a 60-mile radius of Monroe (including Lafayette County, Rock County, and southern Dane County), Dave has built his entire career right here in the industry at Century Ecosystems.

Josh, a full time pilot, joined Century Ecowater in 2020, bringing fresh energy and a shared passion for quality water and great service. A native of Monroe, Josh had helped organize the St Patrick’s Day Parade for the past handful of years.

Together, Dave and Josh saw the opportunity to grow something meaningful, rooted in independence, credibility, and care for the community.

The water landscape has changed a lot over the years. Iron removal and water softeners are still important, but today there’s a growing focus on whole-house water, especially for cooking and drinking. Drinking water needs have exploded in the last five years, and Josh and Dave are committed to meeting that need through independent lab testing and proven solutions like reverse osmosis to maintain a strong, reliable foundation.

Century Ecowater Systems has proudly partnered with EcoWater, which celebrated 100 years in 2025, while remaining fully independent and locally owned.
