MONROE - A Tumbling class for children 4 to 8 years old is being offered by the Monroe Parks and Recreation Department. The class meets from 6 to 7 p.m., Jan. 10 to Feb. 21, Mondays at Northside Elementary School's gym. The participants will be tumbling, climbing the rope, using a spring board, hula hoops and more. The cost is $23 for residents and $33 for non-residents.
