MONROE - The Monroe United Methodist Church youth will be trick-or-treating from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday for the Green County Food Pantry. With the stressed economy and so many layoffs, the Green County Food Pantry is helping more families each month.
During the month of September they served 546 families.
If trick-or-treaters do not come to your house and you would still like to donate, drop off your food donation at the church and it will get taken to the Food Pantry.
