DUBUQUE — The 39th Annual Tri-State Agriculture Lender’s Seminar will be held , from 9:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29 in a new location at the Q Casino and Resort, 1855 Greyhound Park Road, Schmitt Island, Dubuque, Iowa. Farm Policy, Resiliency, Economic Insights, Weather Outlooks along with along with the usual market updates on land, dairy, livestock, and crop commodities.
“Price risk management continues to be the major variable in understanding the ag markets,” said Larry Tranel, ISU Extension Dairy Field Specialist. “This seminar has proven itself in assisting lenders and farm financial advisors in helping farmers manage that risk and understand new technologies clients might invest in.”
