Trees are topic at Historical Society

ALBANY - The Rev. Ronald Gay of Evansville, a licensed arborist, will talk about trees at Albany Historical Society's next membership meeting 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, in the Museum, at 119 N. Water St., downtown Albany.

Gay, minister at Grace Baptist Church in Evansville, will be joined by Wayne Stemple, Albany Parks Commissioner, who will talk about Arbor Day, and how and when Albany received recognition as a Tree City.

Visitors are welcome to attend and refreshments will be served by Gloria Glass after the program.
