MONROE - The Green County Conservation League sent four students to the "Everything Under the Sun" nature adventure camp June 15-20, 2008, at the Central Environmental Station on Sunset Lake near Amherst Junction, 19 miles southeast of Stevens Point. Attending the camp were Alex Koller, son of Kurt and Flo Koller, Monroe; Isabelle Stern, daughter of Beth Stern, Monticello; Molly Gross, daughter of Bill and Barb Gross, and Megan Kubly, daughter of Roberta Kubly, Monroe.
The League also sent two high school students, Logan Wells, son of Kevin and Chris Wells, Monroe, and Jacob Koch, son of Peter and Diane Koch, Monroe, to the Natural Resources Careers workshop. A total of $2,055 was sent to cover the entire costs of both camps.
