MONROE - Advance tickets are now on sale for the seventh annual Green County Fall National Tractor and Truck Pull, held Saturday, Sept. 21 at the Green County Fairgrounds.
There will be nine classes of trucks and tractors participating from Wisconsin and surrounding states. The pull, sponsored for the sixth year by Washington Implement of Monticello, will begin at noon. The band, Charm School Rejects, sponsored by The Swiss Colony and Behr Iron and Steel, will begin at 8 p.m.
Advanced tickets cost $15 and include the pull and the band, as well as an entry in the drawing for a chance to win major prizes including a 50-inch plasma TV, leather recliner, eight $250 cash prizes and four pieces of Stihl equipment. Tickets purchased at the gate will be $15 for the pull and an additional $5 for the band; they will not be entered into the drawing.
