MONROE - A workshop series will be offered for any parent, grandparent, or guardian of 4- through 7-year-old children will be taught by Green County University of Wisconsin-Extension Family Living Agent Bridget Mouchon-Humphrey at Rainbow Childcare.
The series begins from 4:45 to 6 p.m. March 25 and will run for eight consecutive weeks on Wednesday evenings through May 13.
Parents will practice skills and techniques that will help them raise caring and thinking children. "Raising a Thinking Child" is taught by a trained facilitator, and participants learn how to use the language and skills of problem-solving with their kids.
The cost is $15, which covers the cost of a workbook.
