The Bank of NG makes donations to local libraries

The Bank of New Glarus recently donated $500 to the Monroe Public Library.

NEW GLARUS — The Bank of New Glarus, a leading financial institution in Green, Dane, and Lafayette counties, recently recognized Power of Community Week (POCW) in April. POCW, designated by the Wisconsin Bankers Association, is a week during which Wisconsin’s Community Banks demonstrate the positive impact they make in their respective communities.

The Bank of New Glarus made $500 donations to the Albertson Memorial Library in Albany and the Monroe Public Library. The funds will be used to benefit the 2025 Summer Reading Initiative, “Color Our World.”

On behalf of the bank, Ron Schaaf, President/CEO, presented the check to Melissa Everson and Laura Roth in Albany and Janel Keizer in Monroe.
