MONROE - A Teen Tech Link program for students in sixth through 12th grades is set for 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, in the second floor program room at the Monroe Public Library. The program will be using technology to enhance learning. Teens can also become a member of "TAB," the Teen Advisory Board.
