MONROE — In its first ever all-company school supply, toiletries, and first aid drive, TDS Telecom employees in Monroe collected more than 750 items. The donations were donated to the Black Hawk School District Aug. 6 and included backpacks, art supplies, tissues and organizational materials.
In the coming years, TDS employees plan to help more students in need by rotating their donations to a variety of school districts including Albany, Blanchardville, Juda, Monroe and Monticello.
For TDS, being good citizens has always been a part of the company’s mission.
