MCCONNELL - The Annual McConnell Strawberry Social will be held from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 11, at the McConnell United Methodist Church Hall, 211 N. Hulbert Rd, McConnell.
The public is invited for pork-chop sandwiches, barbecue sandwiches, hot dogs, Coney dogs, potato salad, baked beans, cheese, homemade pie, cake, beverages, and strawberries and ice cream. Carry outs are available. The facility is handicap accessible, and the event is sponsored by the McConnell Area Historical Society.
