MONROE - A "Bee Thankful" luncheon will be held at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 15 at Peppercorn Banquets, Ludlow Mansion.
Two speakers will present at this month's luncheon, which is sponsored by Stateline Women's Connection and Stonecroft Ministries.
Rhonda Urban, owner of Rubees, will speak on the "Basics of Beauty," explaining her process to create a variety of handmade body products and how she started her business.
Author Kelly Davis from Moline, Illinois, will present "From Mess to Message."
She will talk about how and why people get deceived and how she was able to overcome her experience with deception.
