STOCKTON - Stephenson County Senior Center, University of Illinois Extension Office and Volunteer Hospice of Northwest Illinois are sponsoring an educational program called the "Chili Challenge." Three different kinds of chili will be made that will be low in fat, sodium and cholesterol. Chili cooks are Vicki Cain, Virginia Hill and Joann Robinson.
The program will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at the Stockton Park House. This free, educational and tasty event is open to the public. RSVP by calling the hospice office (815) 947-3260 by Feb. 4 so there is enough chili and materials for everyone.
