MONROE - "Merry-Go-Round of Spring" is the topic of the Stateline Women's Connection and Stonecroft Ministries meeting 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, at Peppercorn Banquets at Ludlow Mansion, 1421 Mansion Drive, Monroe. Pianist and guest speaker is Karilyn Eastvold of Springfield, Ill. She has overcome a fear of the future and will teach about "Getting off the Merry-Go-Round of Worry." Eastvold is the mother of three sons, a former social worker, and a now a professional volunteer. She will also entertain with her musical talent. All are invited to join her in a sing-a-long.
