Trent Henning, Executive Director of the Green County Family YMCA presented the Wisconsin/UP Michigan YMCA CEO’s for the Dan Newhouse Leadership Award to Reid Stangel. 

Stangel, past CEO of the Green County Family YMCA, was selected by the Wisconsin/UP Michigan YMCA CEO’s for the Dan Newhouse Leadership Award which recognizes retired Wisconsin Y CEO’s for their leadership and commitment to the Y movement. 

The CEO nominated must have an accumulated 20 years of Y employment, and retired from their last Y as the CEO. 

These award recipients are actively involved in advancing the mission of the Y throughout their community, as well as being involved in driving local Y growth through facility expansion, Capital Campaigns, involvement in local service clubs and more.
