St. John’s to host Thanksgiving worship, donates with offering

Community Brief

LENA — Thanksgiving Eve Worship will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 615 Country Lane Dr., Lena.

A portion of the service will be to help others through a professional offering, where each family comes forward with their gift of food or cash to present to the Lord to help others in this holiday season.

The food and cash gathered is put to use through the Le-Win Food Pantry serving our area communities.
