MONROE — SSM Health Monroe Hospital invites the public to an open house event showcasing the robotic-assisted surgical capabilities available in our own community. The free event will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. in the SSM Health Monroe Hospital lobby, located at 515 22nd Avenue in Monroe.

The open house will offer a unique opportunity for community members to see the da Vinci Xi robot in action through live demonstrations and simulations and learn about the advantages of minimally invasive surgery. Light refreshments will be served. 

SSM Health Monroe Hospital surgeons from Women’s Health, General Surgery, and Urology will be available to provide important specialty insights and answer questions.

Community members interested in receiving a free hernia screening are encouraged to attend. Whether you are a prospective patient, a healthcare professional or simply interested in medical innovations, this event promises to be both informative and interactive.
