MONROE — The holidays are an especially challenging time of year for those grieving the loss of a loved one. Learn how to cope during the holiday season with help from SSM Health at Home’s caring hospice team at Handling the Holidays. Event topics will include common holiday concerns, practical strategies for handling the holidays, and ways to remember a loved one.

Handling the Holidays is on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Monroe Engraving located at 1005 30th Street in Monroe.

This free group is open to those ages 18 and over who have experienced the death of someone special. Seating is limited and registration is requested.
