South Wayne: Blood drive Monday at Blackhawk H.S.

SOUTH WAYNE - The Red Cross bloodmobile will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday, June 9, at Black Hawk High School, South Wayne. Anyone 17 years and older who weighs 110 pounds or more is eligible to give blood.

One pint of blood can potentially save three lives. During the summer, more accident occur and the need for blood increases. Those who would like to donate food for the donors, help with the mobile on Monday, or need more information, may call Connie Meier at 439-5247.
