Snakes to appear at state park

NEW GLARUS - Friends of the New Glarus Woods State Park presents Snakes Alive! with Tom Kessenich, herpetologist, at 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, at the New Glarus Woods picnic shelter.

Kessenich will have a boa constrictor, small alligator, savannah monitor, and a western diamondback rattlesnake on display.
