ALBANY - Albertson Memorial Library is holding a Snack with Santa fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Albany Lions Club, 402 N. Cincinnati St., Albany. It's a family event suitable for all ages.
Santa is scheduled to arrive promptly at 10 a.m. and stay for the entire event. Visits with Santa and treat bags for children are free. Friends of the Library offers additional activities at a minimal cost: A food stand, Santa's Shop children's shopping area, children's games with prizes, raffle table and face painting.
Albertson Memorial Library co-sponsors the annual event with the Albany Lions Club and the Albany village board. All proceeds help support Albany's public library services.
