MONROE — The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) invites members of the community to attend their quarterly Lunch & Learn event on Friday, March 21 featuring Green County Public Health’s Health Educator, Bridget Zimmerman. This informative event will explore the fundamentals of healthy sleep habits and their profound impact on one’s overall well-being.

Quality sleep is essential for maintaining good health, supporting cognitive function, regulating mood, strengthening the immune system, and preventing chronic diseases. However, many individuals struggle with achieving restorative sleep. This session will provide attendees with practical strategies to enhance sleep quality and improve overall health.
