MONROE - The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin-Green County will be holding a six-week Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshop starting Wednesday, July 10.
The workshops will be held from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the Behring Senior Center.
The workshop will help those with chronic conditions learn to self-manage symptoms, cope with frustrations and take better care of themselves.
The cost is $10, which will be refunded if four of the six weeks are attended. To register or for more information, contact Stephanie Hafez at 608-328-9385.
