Sharing Works

Second-grade students at Abraham Lincoln Elementary School in Monroe wrote personal narratives, stories about one moment in their lives during writing class.

They practiced using dialogue and making sure the stories had a beginning, middle and end. To celebrate the end of the unit, students from both second grade classrooms shared their stories with each other and with principal Jenna Trame.
