Marine Corps Warrant Officer Alen J. Zweifel, son of Linda and Dan Stolts of New Glarus, along with fellow Marines of Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 161 (HMM-161), Marine Aircraft Group 11 reinforced, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, San Diego, Calif., recently deployed to Al Anbar province, Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and the Global War on Terror. Zweifel is a 1997 graduate of New Glarus High School.

The "Greyhawks" of HMM-161 fly CH-46E Sea Knight helicopters in support of Marines, coalition forces and the Iraqi government. This is the Greyhawks' fifth deployment in support of OIF following a long and decorated tradition of service during the Korean, Vietnam, and the first Gulf War.
