JANESVILLE - Wisconsin's technical colleges and high schools will celebrate "Dual Credit Day" on Tuesday, April 30 to recognize more than 20 years of innovative collaboration.

In conjunction with the system-wide celebration, Blackhawk Technical College will host two articulation (or dual-credit) workshops at its central campus, 6004 County Road G., Janesville, including a math course from 9 to 11 a.m. and a marketing and business education course from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

BTC instructors will also visit area high schools to present them "Do the Dual" wristbands and promotional posters.

Dual-credit programs allow high school juniors and seniors to simultaneously earn both high school and college credit. At most schools, these classes are free.
