WHITEWATER — A total of 143 students from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater will serve as student teachers for the fall 2023 semester. Student teaching is the final activity before teacher candidates earn their degree and license.

WHITEWATER — Rhett Reuter, a native of Gratiot who is studying Physical Education, is a member of the Warhawk men’s cross country team, which received an at-large bid into the NCAA Division 3 Championship. The championship will be hosted by Dickinson College at Big Spring High School in Newville, Penn., on Saturday, Nov. 18.
