FREEPORT - The Freeport/Stephenson County Visitors Center welcomes the "Row Row Row Your Boat", expo featuring the water attractions Freeport and Stephenson County. The Expo will be on display through June 28.
The expo will include canoes, kayaks and photos. There will be photography exhibits from the Friends of the Pecatonica River Foundation plus information on the new landings on the Pecatonica River. Safe boating information will be on display and available to visitors as well.
The Visitors Center, located at 4596 US Route 20 east of Freeport, is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
