MONTICELLO — Harvey Kubly opened his practice in January 1983, sharing an office with the Lindgren Agency in Monroe. In 1984 he opened an office in Monticello at 148 N. Main Street, sharing space with a real estate firm. Eventually he closed the Monroe office, moving everything to Monticello. In May 2022, the office reloacted to 203 E. Lake Avenue in Monticello.

Brenda Zweifel joined in March 1988, and Donna Riese worked from 1993 until retiring in 2014, but continued to work part-time until 2020. Laurie Patchen has been employed by the office since Oct. 2014.

Harvey Kubly has been active in many organizations throughout the years, including the Monticello industrial Development, Community club o, and Monticello Business Professional Association, the predecessor of the Monticello Chamber of Commerce. His professional memberships include the National Association of Tax Professionals and the National Society of Accountants. He served six years on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Chapter of the NATP.

H.W. Kubly, CPA, is a full service CPA firm, offering accounting, payroll and income tax preparation services. Their clients include farmers, small businesses, non-profits and individuals, spread across four states.
