MONROE - The Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation is hosting a free heart health session at Monroe Clinic with the Wisconsin Community Health Fund and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. The free "Heart Health: Know Your Numbers" class will be held at 5:30 p.m. Monday at Founder's Hall in Monroe Clinic.

A registered nurse will show how to protect heart health by knowing individual numbers and identifying personal risk factors.

The class is sponsored by the Department of Health Services, the Wisconsin Community Health Fund and the Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation.
