Quilt show is Saturday, Sunday

FREEPORT - The Stephenson County Antique Engine Club will host its annual Quilt Show from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 20 and 21, at the Silvercreek Museum, 2954 S. Walnut Road, Freeport. The museum, the SilverCreek and Stephenson Railroad, the Silver Creek Depot and the Freight House Gift Shop will all be open. Cost to tour the museum and view the quilts is $3 for adults.

Cost to ride the SilverCreek and Stephenson Railroad is $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12 years of age. Cab rides in the engine may be purchased for $10 per person. Hours of operations for all these attractions are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m..
