MONROE - Anyone age 55 and over is invited to attend the Behring Senior Center's veterans monthly breakfast from 8 to 9:30 a.m. March 1. This is a special breakfast as a Quilt of Valor will be presented to Carl Munz at 9 a.m. The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor.
