Monroe Questers President Anita Duray presented a check in December for $1,000 on behalf of the group to Executive Director of the Monroe Arts Center Kathy Hennessy for the restoration of the stained glass window project.

The Questers have disbanded due to lack of new members and have been using what’s left of their treasury money for special projects for the Green County Historical Society, the Monroe Fire Department and MAC. The final project will be restoration of a banner in the Monroe Fire Department archives.
