MONROE - The Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave., will host "Growing Heirloom Tomatoes" at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 5 in the library's second-floor program room.
Jean Adler, Master Gardener, will discuss starting, tending and harvesting heirloom tomatoes. She will also provide information on saving seeds for the following year.
The program is part of the Monroe Public Library's Gather and Grow series.
There is no pre-registration required for the free program.
