JUDA - The public is invited to the Zion United Methodist Church on Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. to hear a presentation by Tabatha Davis.
Davis is a Juda High School graduate, a former member of the Zion/Oakley Youth Group and is now a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She will talk about her past year and her spiritual walk with the Lord leading up to her trip to the rural mountains of Guatemala.
The trip was taken in conjunction with the Engineers Without Borders program. Davis will talk about what the organization does, what her role was and how she experienced God on the trip. Her goal is to share her experiences serving God and God's people and to encourage others to do the same.
The program will last about an hour and be followed by a time for fellowship. A free-will offering will be taken to support the two mission children sponsored by the youth group and to fund future activities of the group.
