Dave and Kris Preboske, Monroe, along with Nancy Martinovici and the late Terrence Martinovici, Hixton, announce the engagement of their children, Bethany Preboske and Ryan Martinovici.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Monroe High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008. She is currently a special education teacher in Merrill.
The future groom is a 1996 graduate of Whitehall High School. He earned a master's degree in administration from UW-Stevens Point in 2007. He currently works as a sixth-grade math and science teacher in Merrill.
The couple is planning an Aug. 20, 2011 wedding in Monroe.
