MONROE - A Pokemon tournament is set for 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4 in the community room at Monroe Public Library.
The tournament is designed for beginners, intermediate and expert level players.
Each player will be able to use their own Pokemon cards. Players can bring as may different decks as they want, but can only play with one deck at a time.
Players without complete decks of 60 cards can borrow decks from other players. All participants under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
There is no charge to join the tournament, and no preregistration is necessary.
