MONROE - A free Pokemon PoliWhirl tournament is set for 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 4, at Monroe Public Library.
The event is open to players of all skills and levels.
All games follow the official Diamond and Pearl Pokémon rules.
Each player will be able to use their own Pokémon deck to compete with other players. Players can bring as many different decks (60 cards) as they want, but can play with only one deck per battle. Please bring damage counters, if possible. Players without complete decks of 60 cards can borrow decks from other players.
All participants 10 and under must have a parent or guardian present at the library during the session.
