FAYETTE - The fifth bi-annual Town of Fayette picnic and reunion will be Saturday, July 11, at the RFS Center/Soper Auto Sales, 18298 County D, Darlington. The parade line-up begins at 10:30 a.m. at the RFS Center with the parade at 11 a.m. All entries are welcome, no registration needed.
A picnic will be held at noon at the RFS Center. Bring a dish to pass, table service and lawn chairs. Lemonade and coffee will be provided. Drawings for a quilt, original painting and other items begins at 1 p.m. Fayette Saloon is sponsoring a street dance beginning at 2 p.m. Fireworks will be held at dusk at the RFS Center.
Other activities include old time pictures, memorabilia displays and rides through the Boise property.
