The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department held a Troll Party at Turner Hall on, Aug. 21 sponsored by Monroe Morning Optimists. Children had their faces painted and received their own troll hair to wear and take home. They made and ate troll treats, played games, danced and sang troll karaoke.
