n Monroe Chess Club is a new program this fall. Eric Jubeck will be instructing Monroe Chess Club, which meets on Wednesdays, Oct. 11 through Nov. 15. This program is for children interested in becoming better chess players. The program will be held at the Monroe High School, Room R01: Enter through the arches and go to the first room on the right. The fee of $30 includes a chess club T-shirt. Jubeck has taught chess to over 500 students ranging from first grade through high school during his 10 years of experience.
