PAOLI — Margarita and Taco Fest is back, and it’s coming to Seven Acre Dairy Company in Paoli on Saturday, Aug. 17. Attendees can enjoy unlimited tacos and margaritas from some of Madison’s most amazing chefs and bartenders.
Just minutes from Madison, Margarita and Taco Fest, produced by Red Card Events and Seven Acre Dairy Company, will be an opportunity to enjoy an afternoon of delicious local food and drinks on the banks of the Sugar River. A portion of proceeds from the event will go to Badger Prairie Needs Network.
On hand will be tacos and margaritas from some of Madison’s favorite restaurants including: Chef Dan Fox (VIP Only), Canteen, Bandit, Tex Tubb’s, The Ready Set / Good Company, Paoli Schoolhouse, Seven Acre, The Great Dane, Gotham Bagels, Migrants, Gloria’s and more. The event will also feature live music from Mariachi Cielito Lindo de Wisconsin and Travis Beckum, DJ Four7.
James Beard Award Nominee, Chef Dan Fox of Heritage Tavern, will kick off the event at 2 p.m. for VIP Ticket holders ($100), who will have access to exclusive apps and top-shelf tequilas, as well as a half hog breakdown demonstration and Carnitas from Chef Fox. VIP attendees will also enjoy unlimited street tacos from a variety of Madison’s best chefs and 2-ounce margarita samples from some of Madison’s best bartenders from 3-6 p.m.

“We’ve discussed bringing back Marg and Taco Fest for a few years, but the restaurant industry wasn’t quite ready as everyone was still trying to resettle after the pandemic. We talked to a few of our friends in the industry and there seemed to be an appetite to do it again. Of all the events that we have done over the years, this one always stands out. Great food, great drinks and great fun, you just can’t beat it,” said Ryan Richards, Red Card Event Director.
