Origins of medicine will be topic of meeting

MONROE - Erika Janik, freelance writer and executive producer of "Wisconsin Life" at Wisconsin Public Radio, will be the featured speaker for the Green County Genealogical Society's meeting at 10 a.m. May 7 in the second floor meeting room of the Monroe Public Library. Janik will speak about the strange origins of medicines used by our ancestors that led to modern medicine. Visitors are welcome, and there is no cost to attend.
