MONROE — The American Red Cross and the community of Monroe will host a blood drive from 11:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 30 at the United Methodist Church, 2227 4th St. 

Those who donate also must be present to be entered to win two tickets for a Badger football game.
